What changes for me?

The only noticeable change you will see at the moment will be in where you go to pay your invoices, and who it's paid to. All of your services will remain the same.

 

Will my invoicing dates change?

All of the dates for when your next invoices are due will be moved over and continue to stay the same.

 

How do I access my new billing account?

To stay compliant with local laws and ensure the utmost privacy and security of your accounts, you will need to request a password reset using your emails. Head to https://portal.liftuphosting.com.au/password/reset to set your password

 

Do you have my payment methods already?

No, We do not. To ensure we stay complaint with relevant privacy laws, and that any billing subscriptions are setup properly you will need to re-setup any payment methods. No payment methods were brought across from Elevate Hosting

 

Will I get billed in Australian Dollars?

By default, All of your accounts have been set to be billed in GBP. You can change this at any time.

 

What's our plan for the future?

Our plans for the future are around lowering costs for our customers while also proving a much better service. This includes growing our team for quicker support times, lowering overhead costs to allocate budget in places that need it more, and regularly obtaining and listening to feedback to see where we can improve.
